A dedicated facility ensures the products are never contaminated with wheat, soy, corn, eggs, dairy or peanuts.Local IngredientsIngredients are locally-sourced whenever possible. This includes the oats, flaxseed, honey, and many of the dried fruits.Natural SweetenersMountain Muesli is sweetened with a blend of honey, agave syrup, and coconut sugar, which has one of the lowest glycemic indexes of any sweeteners. Barley malt is also used in the non-gluten-free varieties.Why are nuts included? The most common nut allergy is to peanuts, which are not a nut but a legume. While some people do have sensitivities to tree nuts, the nutritional power of nuts make them a vital ingredient to deliver protein and "good fat" that keeps you feeling satisfied.
